Young, fresh and fun, Youthink is a magazine written by teens for teens. This unique peer-to-peer approach provides a chance for students from different schools and backgrounds across Western Canada to connect through a free common high-school magazine. Youthink’s hundreds of teen journalists write about what teens want to read about: fashion, teen issues, post-secondary options, entertainment and more. Distributed in approximately 400 high schools directly to students in the classroom, Youthink is a magazine like no other, and provides an unparalleled opportunity to reach loyal teen readers across BC and Alberta.
Frequency: 6 times a year
Audience: Youthink reaches teens. 80% of readers receive their copy at school. 64% are female and 36% are male. Over half (55%) are in grade eleven and twelve, 14% are in grade ten, 17% are in grade nine and 9% are in grade eight.
Circulation: Youthink is distributed to approximately 400 high schools, as well as select businesses, community centres, library branches, 7-Eleven stores, Mac’s stores and Safeway stores in British Columbia and Alberta.
