Publication Coordinator

Canada Wide Media is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our dynamic Circulation Department.

Full-time position available immediately.

Overview:

This full-time position in our Circulation Department suits a well organized, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. This very busy position involves managing specific Canada Wide Media Limited publications through all circulation processes.

This is a full-time position to cover maternity leave with possibility of extension.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organization and communication skills and is able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced and very deadline-oriented setting. This position also requires strong office computer skills, database knowledge and multi-tasking abilities. Specifically, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is necessary.
